Easily Lock & Unlock Your Debit Card
Enjoy greater control of your debit card with the new Debit Card On/Off feature. You will be equipped to prevent unauthorized use in the event a card is lost or stolen. Locking the debit card by toggling to "Inactive" will temporarily block all debit card transactions and ATM withdrawals. Once you locate your card, you can easily reactivate your card any time at your convenience.
If the card is permanently lost or stolen, you can report it lost or stolen anytime day or night at 888-297-3416 (within the U.S.) or 206-389-5200 (outside the U.S.). You may also call the Customer Service Center on one of our main numbers in Kingsville at 361-592-8501 or Corpus Christi at 361-850-6800 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
When a debit card has been turned off:
- Debit card transactions, including one-time and recurring, will be declined.
- ATM transactions will be declined.
- Previously authorized and pending transactions will still be paid.
- It will not affect transactions that use your bank account number.
