We want to help see you through these unprecedented times.  We are making some changes to our normal business practices to ensure that we all come out of this stronger, together.

  • We are committed to helping our borrowers who are experiencing financial hardships during this time.  If making your normal monthly payments has become a challenge, please call us.  We realize every situation is unique, and continue to treat each customer with the same care and personalized attention they deserve.  We have one simple message: We care and are here to help
  • There has never been a fee for mobile banking or mobile deposit.  You can deposit checks via your mobile phone 24/7 and have access to your funds just as quickly as if you had deposited in one of our Banking Centers.  In addition, we do not limit daily or monthly mobile deposits.
  • All of our ATMs accept cash and check deposits 24/7.  All you need is your Kleberg Bank debit card.  Skip the lines and deposit on your schedule. 
  • We are doing our part to reduce social gathering and promote social distancing, therefore we have moved all of our lobby service to our drive-in facilities.  This includes the following services:
    • Normal deposit and check cashing activities
    • Debit card replacement
    • Cashier’s checks and money orders
    • Cash advances
  • We have also added more telephone bankers in the Customer Service Center to handle your calls.  At Kleberg Bank, we believe it’s important to provide you with live telephone bankers trained and ready to assist you.

Your personal health, safety and well-being, along with that of our team members, remains our top priority as we manage through the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Local, state and federal officials have placed limits on public activity.  In order to limit social interaction to keep our customers and team members safe, Monday March 23rd, we are making the following temporary changes at our Banking Centers.

Lobbies will be available by Appointment Only 

  • Appointments available Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Set your appointment from the comfort of your home by accessing the “Make An Appointment” feature on the Kleberg Bank webpage at KlebergBank.com or by clicking  your “More” button on Kleberg Bank mobile app and selecting the “Make An Appointment” feature.

Drive-In Banking will be available to serve ALL your banking needs

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

  • Pay Using Your Phone:  Authorize payments using Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay in-store, online or in-app.  Learn more.
