Convenience Banking Services

At Kleberg Bank, we focus on convenience, value, and service for you. We provide options to make banking simple, fast, and easy whether you prefer service in-person during banking hours, or 24-hour self-service.

24-hour Voice Banking: Access your account information, check balances, transfer funds and more, by calling Kleberg Bank’s 24-hour Voice Banking service. To get started, all you need is a touch-tone phone, your account number, and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Please call a Phone Center Banker to get your PIN when you are ready to begin using the system. Then, you will select a new PIN during the first call. Select a PIN that is easy to remember (numbers or letters: a minimum of 4 digits and a maximum of 9 digits). Simply follow the instructions to reach the menu of your choice, and the rest is easy! 24-Hour Voice Banking is free and available with any Kleberg Bank account.

ATM Card: Get the cash you need 24 hours a day. Use Kleberg Bank ATMs, or ATMs anywhere around the country or around the world. There is no charge to use any Kleberg Bank ATM. A small fee is charged when you use other providers’ ATMs, and the owner of the ATM may apply a transaction fee. Visit any location for an ATM card, or call your Phone Center Bankers for more information.

Debit Card: This one card provides convenient access to your checking account, as well as 24-hour ATM access, with the security of PIN-protected transactions. It’s safer and easier than carrying extra cash or checks, and each transaction will be withdrawn directly from your checking account. Visit one of your Banking Centers for a debit card application or call your Phone Center Bankers for more information.

Credit Cards: A Kleberg Bank Solutions Credit Card can provide you the convenience and purchasing power you need to help manage your everyday spending and your larger purchases effectively. We offer the Visa® Classic Card and the Visa® Platinum Card with all of the features and benefits you have come to expect. We also offer the Visa® Platinum Rewards Card for those customers who need more than just the basics from their credit card. This Credit Card provides you with special features and benefits, including our DreamMiles® Rewards Program. For our business customers, we offer the Visa® Business and Visa® Business Rewards.

Automatic Loan Payments: Automatically transfer funds from your checking or savings account to make your Kleberg Bank loan payment each month, and you may receive a discount on the loan rate! Ask about this money- and time-saving service the next time you need a personal loan.

Combined Statements: Kleberg Bank is pleased to offer Combined Statements to all customers. With this free service, all of your Kleberg deposit accounts can be combined into one, easy-to-read statement. Now you can see savings, checking, CD investments, even IRAs at one time—a total view that makes managing your finances easier. Visit any location, go OnLine, or call your Phone Center Banker to set up your Combined Statement.

Night Depository: Make deposits any time of day or night with our convenient night depository. In Kingsvile, the depository is located at our Drive-in Bank, at 5th @ King. In Corpus Christi, the depository is located at our Ayers Banking Center at 4211 Ayers @ Port.

OnLine Banking: It’s fast, easy and free at Kleberg Bank. From the privacy of your home or office computer, you can balance your accounts, view cleared check images, reorder checks, transfer funds, export your history to personal finance software—and more! Kleberg Bank uses the most demanding state-of-the-art security measures to ensure your records are private and your transactions are safe. You can enroll anytime OnLine at www.klebergbank.com.

OnLine Bill Pay: OnLine Bill Pay is free with most Kleberg Bank personal accounts! Bill Pay allows you to pay bills OnLine that you would normally pay by check—credit cards, utility bills, mortgage or rent… anything! You can schedule fixed or variable payments and control what and when to pay anything. Go OnLine and follow the simple instructions to get started!

Overdraft Access: Anyone can make an error. Overdraft Access protects you by paying, rather than returning, insufficient checks. This saves you the embarrassment, cost and hassle of dealing with a returned check. Visit any location, go OnLine, or call your Phone Center Banker to make sure your Overdraft Access is in place. Limits are subject to credit approval.

Traveler’s Checks, Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks: For those times when a personal check won’t suffice, these payment options are available.

Wire Transfers: We can help you to wire, or receive, funds from anywhere around the country or around the world. Wired funds are fast and secure.
